Kitchen Terms

These terms add to the Terms of Use and the Community Rules, and apply to every kitchen that applies to join or is listed on Zayna.

1. What Zayna offers kitchens

• A kitchen page with your products, photos and reviews, a WhatsApp contact button, and the ability to send offers on customers' requests.
• Joining is free and Zayna takes no commission on orders. If we ever decide on any fee, we'll tell you well in advance, and it won't apply without your agreement.
• The order, price, payment and delivery are between you and the customer. Zayna is not a party to them.

2. Your commitments

• Your kitchen details, products and prices are accurate, and photos show your own real work.
• The WhatsApp number you register is one you take orders on and reply from.
• You honour the offers you send and reply to customers in reasonable time.
• You follow food safety and hygiene practices in preparation, packaging and delivery.
• You don't list prohibited items, review your own kitchen, or ask for fake reviews.
• You treat customers with respect and use their details only for the order they contacted you about.

3. Your WhatsApp number and customer privacy

Your kitchen's WhatsApp number is shown only to someone who taps "Contact on WhatsApp". Zayna doesn't show kitchens who posted a request, except the first name, and the phone number if the customer agrees to share it after choosing your offer.

4. The «موثّقة» (Verified) badge

Given once the Zayna team has met the kitchen and checked its basic details. It doesn't guarantee food safety, is never sold, and can be withdrawn.

5. Review and suspension

Applications are subject to Zayna's approval. We may hide any product, photo or offer that breaks the rules, and suspend a kitchen temporarily or permanently for breaking these terms or the Community Rules. You can appeal at [email protected].

6. Reviews

People who contacted you through Zayna can review your kitchen after at least two days. We don't remove reviews for being negative, but you can report any abusive or fake review and we'll look at it.

7. Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from settings, or email [email protected] to hide your kitchen for a while.
