Does it cost anything?
No. Joining is free, and there is no commission on your orders.
What do I need to start?
A logo for your kitchen, a WhatsApp number for orders, and at least 3 products with photos and prices.
Will people see my personal number?
No. Only the WhatsApp number you choose for orders is shown, and only when a customer taps the contact button.
Who delivers the orders?
You and your customer agree on pickup or delivery. Zayna is a guide and a requests board: it doesn't sell food and isn't a party to the order.
Which cities does Zayna cover?
All of Libya. Customers see the kitchens and requests in the city they pick, and each kitchen appears in the city it registered in.
How do I join, and when is the app out?
Message us on Zayna's Facebook page and we'll set everything up with you. The app is coming soon to Google Play and the App Store; follow the page to hear first.
