Delete your account

You can delete your Zayna account at any time, in the app or by writing to us.

In the app

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Email [email protected] from the email on the account, or include the phone number it uses and we'll confirm it with a code sent by SMS.

We delete the account within 7 days and confirm when it's done.

You can remove part of your data without deleting your account:

Kitchens: delete products and their photos, gallery photos, and withdraw offers, in the app.
Customers: remove favourites and cancel open requests, in the app.
Anything else (a review you wrote, past requests, notifications, profile photo, phone number): email [email protected] and say what to delete.

We delete the requested data within 7 days and confirm; your account stays as it is.

Reviews you wrote, without your name
Moderation records about reported content, for up to 12 months and without the reporter's details, to keep everyone safe
